What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available 24 hours after you place your order. Please go to the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the page to view information about your order.

How will it take for my order to ship?
We will ship your order within 3-5 business days.

Can I expedite my shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock you will receive an email from our customer service canceling the item. We will not keep the item on back order.

Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally, only within the United States.

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses? Yes.

What is the cost of Standard Shipping?
$5.95 Under $50.00
Free: $51.00 and above

All orders $200 and up will also receive a free Milano Series gift!
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $15.00 freight surcharge.

What is our return Policy?
We only accept returns for items purchased on our website.  If an item was a gift purchased from a retail store it must be returned to the store where it was purchased.   All returns to our website will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account it was purchased from, no cash or checks can be issued. 

We have a 30 day return policy. Returns must be sent prepaid Parcel Post, FedEx, or UPS. Initial shipping charges are non refundable. Unless the product is damaged we are not responsible for the return shipping charges. Products should be returned in new condition and in their original packaging within 30 days.

If an item is damaged we will replace the item and refund you the return shipping cost. If an item is damaged and you do not want a replacement of that item you will still be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns after 30 days. If you need to make a return please call us at 1-888-699-1004 or email custserv@milanoseries.com for return authorization.
